I have a report with data from the year 2003 and 2004. How can I calculate
the data just for 2004 and still show the data in the report for 2003. I
don't
want to calculate the year 2003.

Given that you have not given any indication of the structure of your
tables, what calculations you want, how the calculations are related
to the data on display, or the nature of the query, it's more than a
bit difficult for anyone to guess at an answer!

Please post some more details. Remember, you can see your database and
you are familiar with the problem; we cannot and are not.
