Create a new account and copy the data to your new account:

Then when you are sure all is OK, delete the other account.
However since the computer was stolen and out of your control, the
best suggestion is a Clean Installation after backing up all important
data.
Since the computer was out of your control, there is no way to
determine what if anything was done to the OS.
There are not really any tools to guarantee the integrity of the OS at
this point.
A wide variety of bad code could have been placed on the computer
waiting for the thief to remotely access the computer or to perform
some other operation at a predetermined time.
