Help please - title bar not appearing

My settings have somehow got changed for IE. So when I click on a page, the
only thing that appears in the top left-hand corner is the first letter for
the name of the website. Can someone suggest how I can get it so it shows the
full name.

It is really hard to work with loads of windows saying I, H, A, B etc
