I need help in regards to this really awesome wheel chair icon + cross out icon that keep flashing on the bottom of my screen. I've read another thread and am postig my own in hopes of some help.

Task Bar Virus resisting Anty-Spyware programs!

Hello!
I've been running Spysweeper and Norton willing to get rid of these annoying pop-ups but they're still comming! So I got a HIJACKTHIS LOG, and erased two processed that read "no name" and "no file"....but those messages are still coming...I'm afraid of screwing up if I keep guessing! Please I need your help!
