HELP please-service pack 2 additional windows

I am trying to get this resolved and no one seems wanting to help.

When I am playing games on the net, when another window OPENS, the second window has the same buttons as the first. The address bar, buttons, ect.

WHEN I OPEN A NEW WINDOW I DO NOT WANT THESE, I have to manually remove them and its starting to get annoying, can someone help me?

You have left out many details. What games?

Why do you expect the new Internet Explorer window to have less features than the original?
 
in pogo and yahoo games. In the past when the "second window opens" there were not additional buttons, there was nothing there. NOW, these buttons are there and it takes away from the picture of the games. In order for me to view the second window while playing I have to manually right click in the toolbar and remove.

Is there something else?

(hopefully I gave details this time, sorry for leaving that out from before)
