All of my faxes rec'd are coming in landscape orientation.
I can't find an option in the fax printer preferences to
change it to portrait. All I see in the fax printer
preferences is a "User Information" tab with nothing
leading to page orientation.
Can anyone help me with this.

Thanks for your help and heres wishing good stuff to you.

In the Printers and Faxes folder, right click on the fax printer and choose
printing preferences. You can change the default to portrait orientation in
the screen.

Note that the page orientation settings are not available on a Win 2000 Fax
box - it is a feature introduced in Windows 2003 server edition.

Are you seeing the received faxes in landscape mode when you view the
received fax in the Fax Console or are they getting printed in landscape
mode when you route them to a printer? If it is the former, then all you
have to do is change the orientation of the fax in the Fax viewer. For the
later, you can change the printing preferences of the printer to portrait.
Hope this helps.
