Okay I found this forum just searching for idea's on how to fix m
computer problem.

First off I am in no way a computer guy. So my explaination of m
problem may be kinda lame but here goes

When I click on the shortcut to internet explorer ( which woul
normally bring up my home page ) now just locks up and in the botto
left hand corner it says

( 8 items remaining ) dowloading pictur
res://c:\winnt\system32\browselc.dll/ corner_top_left.gif...

The only way I am able to use the internet right now is I click on m
computer and there is an address bar at the top where I can type in
web addresss. However if I need to click on a link or something th
same thing will happen,

I have no idea how this happened... was working fine for almost a yea
now.

Anyone have a step by step ( again computer illiterate ) plan on wha
to do or look for?

Thank
