Help Please - Directx 9.0b and DXUninstaller

I badly need to get rid of Directx 9.0b and have heard that
DXUninstaller is really good - but you need a windows XP CD. My
question is will a windows xp upgrade cd work as well? I used to have
ME on this computer and have upgraded to xp. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
 
The upgrade disk will do everything a non upgrade disk will. I have never
heard of a directx uninstaller. Jym

The upgrade CD should work.

It worked - thanks very much. BUT my son says that in his Everquest
game, his 'friend list' was gone and his set-up was all messed up. I
don't know how or if that had anything to do with it. Anyway, thanks
very much.....Julie
