HELP PLEASE BACK DOOR VIRUS'S

Hi There,
I have 2 virus's Backdoor.Litmus & Backdoor.Harcomy

I am womdering if anyone could give me any help in getting rid of them.
I am using XP and use Norton 2002
and the life updates are not helping

Any help would be appreciated
