Help...pic printing off centre

I open picture
using windows picture and fax viewer
click on print
go through print wizard
go in to print preferences
print using HPpsc 1310 series

I can`t find anything to adjust the off centre printing (its the right hand
border in landscape which is wider)

help please

using some other program than above would result in success...
Windows one is just basic viewer program...you can't expect nothing of it
except viewing...
try some other stuff---like IrfanView, ACDSee or similar stuff.
 
in the HP printer drivers, usually there is an option to print on paper with
centered margins. See if you can go to start, settings, printers, HP psc
1310, properties, and set paper to whatever size you use with centered
margins
 
I have managed to get into properties but cannot find a setting for
`centered margins` I did however find different page sizes, letter A5,A4
etc. I did notice that when I print a `word` document there is a ref word
at the bottom from a previous document I printed could this be something to
do with it it? The ref word is at bottom of page (portray) and the off
centre when I print a pic is on the right (landscape).
