Help! Pagefile No HD access

Windows 2000 Pro SP4

Was upgrading my HD to a Maxtor 160gb HD.

Maxtor's copy software stopped during the coping of my
files from my old drive to my new drive... I know have no
drive.

I hooked up my old drive, when I log in a box pops up
telling me that the pagefile is to small or is not there
and tell me how to increase the pagefile size, then
Windows throws me back to the log on screen. I have
tried in all safe modes, last known good config. and
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 255205 "How to Delete
the Pagefile.sys File in Recovery Console".

I can not log into this drive as myself or Admin, because
of the pagefile.sys.

Help! Thanks!

Thanks for your reply!

It worked... used a Win98se boot disk with fdisk on it
and entered fdisk /mbr.

Re-wrote the MBR and got back my old drive.
