HELP!: page cannot be displayed

Can someone help me solve what should be a fairly simple
problem. When using internet explorer I cannot connect to
secure sites. I recieve the 'page cannot be displayed'
page which offers some possible solutions, including
adjusting my browser settings and confiriming I have a
128-bit connection which I have followed repeatedy with
no sucsses. I have also tried someother suggestions I
have come across searching the web. Please help and use
just simple terms since I am only beginning to become
accustomed to using explorer. By the way I run XP on my
computer. Thanks so much.

To Enable Secure Sites To Be Allowed To Load
- Click Start>Run>regsvr32 softpub.dll
If That Does Not Resolve The Problem, ReInstall Internet
