HELP!!!!! OUTLOOK WILL NOT LAUNCH????

I get 5 errors then it closes. Here they are...

The extension configuration file: C:\Programs Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\addins\msspc.ecf could not be installed. There is an error in
the syntax or format of a file.


The same message come up 3 more time with thes paths...

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\addins\phail ext.e....

C:\progra~1\micros~2\office11\addins\msspc.ecf

C:\progra~1\micros~2\office11\addins\phail exe.e....

The file add-in PMAILEXT.ecf is missing or is not valid. Run Detect and
repair.

I can't launch Outlook to get the PID, I had this running for quite some
time now. This was purchased at Office Depot by me , it is legal s/w.
