Is there any way to permanently keep a field (in this case, I want
"size") to ALWAYS appear when one does an advanced find from outlook?
I am constantly having to re-add that field through field chooser when
I do searches! Help!!!!

SEt up your search and save it for reuse the nest time you need to search Outlook items.

Milly thanks for the reply-- I'm back to square one then again, my
original question posted earlier in this newsgroup... specifically, is
there any way to then distribute a search that I save to other staff
members so they can easily run the search and get their own results
including the size field???
Reason: In a nutshell because we have implemented mailbox size limits

save the adv find as an *.oss and share that file.

Diane thanks for the reply but that has not worked for me. I have
copied the .oss file to the local workstation as well as shared it from
my workstation to another, when any other client double clicks on it,
the search fails, claiming it cannot find the mailbox in question to
search from-- because the original search seems to be tied to the
original client's mailbox. I was hoping there was some generic way to
distribute a search where it would just search the client's mailbox.
Any other ideas out there?
