I have just recovered my notebook and installed MS Outlook 2007.
My company uses exchange email so when it first prompt if I want to
configure an email account, I go yes, and chosen MS Exchange. I have been
using the same server address in another computer and it is working.

But this time round, outlook keep prompting that it is not a valid address
and if I click cancel, it will close the outlook. When I start outlook
again, it prompt me for the exchange server again. Even if I uninstall
outlook and install it again, it prompt me the same question.

I am unable to start outlook at all, without entering the valid exchange
server? Outlook doesn't even allows me clicking on other options or creating
non-exchange mail...

Please help, how can I stop that?

Try using the Mail applet in the control panel. This should allow you to
bypass the wizard and setup any type of mail account you want. (Note: When
the wizard pops up the first time, look near the bottom to see you have a
box to manually configure your account settings. This should allow you to
choose other accounts like POP3, IMAP, .etc.)
