HELP! outlook express Returned mail

i keep receiving mail that has been returned... But I did
not send these mails!
some of the mail addresses just look randomly made up
eg.
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
some contained the W32.Swen.A@mm virus
and another contained a .dat with the following txt!

"The file fpaan.com could not be vaccinates of the virus
W32.Swen.A@mm and was eliminated."

WTF is this about?
Can any 1 help?

Many viruses spoof the sender - so if you have good AV software
running/updated regularly/scanning mail, they probably aren't from you.
Delete them.
