In Outlook 98/2000/2002 it was possible to place a shortcut to a web site in
the Outlook Bar. Was this ability eliminated in OL 2003 or how do I save a
shortcut to a web site?

Earlier versions also had your web favourites accessible from the Outlook
menu. Was this removed and is there a way to add them back in?

Browsing the web was removed from Outlook 2003.

Mlly, I can still enter an address in the web tool bar and view a site
within Outlook 2003. It seems like browsing was not removed but all the
tools to browse efficiently have been removed.

you can add the favorites button back to the toolbar - tools, customize.
