We recently upgraded our server from winnt4 to win2K PDC. The PDC handles
the user authentication & few server-based applications. We also installed
another stand-alone file server as part of the domain and it handles shared
and private data. My question is .... How can I configure the file server
to authorize the users authenticated by PDC to access shared folders.
Meaning if a user logs-in to the PDC, he will also have access to the
file-server.
I know that this can be done using trust-relationship between 2 domain, but
in this case we would like the file server to be a part of the domain.
Any input would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Garry
