HELP on user profiles

I was creating a custom user profile template and
accidentally copied it to the Administrators Profile on
the AC/DC. Now when I log in as Administrator on the
server, I am seeing the settings I created on the custom
Profile template. I am not seeing any of the
Administrative programs console such as
the "Administrative Tool" list, even the Anti-Virus System
Console is not showing.

What can I do to restore the Administrators user profile?.

You overwrote the old one so you can't do it unless it comes from another
machine.
 
I have one Win 2k AD Server/DC running. I have literally
lost all access to Admin Tools and Programs on this server.

How can I at least re-install Administrative Tools. The AD
database still exist. I get the following when I attempt
to install/re-install Adminstrative Tools: "Internal error
2203c:\winnt\installer\ec6ae3.ipi-2147287035".

Any suggestions?
