Hi Folks,
I'm new to XP Pro, and I've run across 2 problems I can't
resolve.
1. I'm using the "Old Style" Start Menu and I would like
to disable the feature that makes you scroll down to the
(more) arrows to see all the programs (rather than just
your most recent ones). Does that make sense?
2. About 50% of the time when I want to delete a folder
(empty - or not) or a file using Windows Explorer, I get a
message that the file/folder cannot be deleted because it
is in use by another program or person. I am logged on as
myself (and I'm also the Administrator). There are no
other programs running according to the TaskMan. Is my
computer just being cantankerous or do I have something
set up wrong?
These two problems are driving me up the wall. Any help?
Thanks,
John
