Hi,
I am using OutlookXP (with service pack 1 and 2 applied) on WinXP prof
to see my mails.
The mail server is Exchange2000 and it has some 15 folders within
Public folders and these are visible to all users through mail
clients.
Say I have public folders named One, two, three etc., and oneone,
onetwo folders within one.
Public folders:
- one
-oneone
-onetwo
- two
- three
When I click on any of the subfolders, first time it takes some time
to display
the mails in the public folders. After sometime if I again click on
any of the folders, a status is displayed "Updating cached headers" or
"Fetching new headers" or "selecting" at the bottom. It hangs after
that and I have to kill the Outlook application and restart it to see
the mails.
Any solution for this.
Regards,
Anil.
