Help on page break

How can I create a page break to force a new page when the number in field
changes for example:
I have a field "Bldg" where each building has a number (each building has
more the one record) I want access to do a page break on the report whenever
the number in building field changes.

Here we go. Group on that field.Hide a group header, but in properties force
a new page before the group.

In Report Design View click:
View + Sorting and Grouping
Group the report on the Bldg field.

Then set the group header's ForceNewPage property to
Before Section
