Hello everyone

W/out any apparent specific reasons, I can not access anymore to my POP server, every time I get this message

Task 'Mike - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

However I have tried with Outlook Express and I have no problem at all to connect and retrieve my mail

The problem is with Outlook and I do not know how to solve it

Any help on this is highly appreciated

Thanks & Regard

Hello Svein,

Thanks for your suggestion which I have applied, but unfortunately the problem is still there!
Do you think I have to reinstall Outlook?
In this case will the existing messages, contactcs & accounts be deleted? How to save it?

Thanks & Regards
Mike
