help on full screen mode in WMP 9

Win Media Player

1. How do I decrease the delay before the toolbar
disappears in full screen mode.

2. How do I stop the picture from stretching when the
toolbar appears and disappears.

3. How do I stop the WMP from showing the toolbar when
the mouse is moved.
