HELP: Not all URL can be reached!!

Hi there,
Indeed, with my IE v6.00 (Windows 98), I cannot reach all
the URL I'd like too! (But no prob with a 3rd-party PC).
In those specific cases, only a small "square frame" will be
shown on the top left hand corner of the screen.
So any valuable tips would be highly appreciated...

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
