Help - no web pages will come up

I've got XP and everything was has been working fine, but now I can't open
any web pages, but I can make the connection and get email.
Should I reload windows Explorer 6 ? I think I saw somewhere that in XP
there is a restore explorer fix that you type into the run line.

Any Help?
