HELP- NO PRINTING AT ALL. please!

Hi,
I was trying t print something today and it said that i
had no printer. After trying everything, restore,
reinstalling software, etc,etc. It did not help. When i
try to install, it says my "spooler service is stopped"
and i cannot get this darn thing to work! I can not print
from internet, word, paint, anything. Any help woud be
greatly appreciated! thank you so much.
