Hi, I did something silly - I've been looking at a lot of
foreign websites through work lately & wes getting fed up
with the computer constantly trying to download language
tools, so last time I checked "don't ask again" when I
declined the download. I thought that was the end of it,
but now I actually WANT to download one b/c I keep
getting websites full of symbols & mumbo-jumbo instead of
text (even tho I can't read it either way). Unfortunately
I don't know how to reset that request, to uncheck that
box, & to re-instate the computer's incessant need to ask
if I want languages installed. Can anyone suggest where
to look &/or how to go about fixing this? It's really
important (my boss is getting annoyed) & I can't find any
answers via the regular 'Support' page or Google. Hope
someone can help. Cheers!

Internet Options> Advanced: Check box next to "Enable Install On Demand
(Internet Explorer)." Change will take effect the next time the browser is
launched.

Or use Internet Options> General> Languages and add a language.
