i have some issues in the program i'm making with Office Access 2003.
i want to do the following:
first, i want to open a form (witch i already did) to insert a new employee to the records, ok?

this window shows the name and other stuff the concern's the employee, it's not finished yet, and it need some changes, as you can see the there is the course section that i will remove and put it in a new window,
let me explain it more,,
if you look below, there are three buttons,
Add Certificate
Add Courses
and off course the save button,
what i want to do is, when i click on the courses or certificates buttons, a new window show, so i can enter the values, and when i'm done, i will obviously have a save and close button, that will return me to the original window where i'm supposed to insert the employee information's, and when i save all the record by clicking save, and i want to view them, i just go to the view window. and click on courses button, to show me the courses record i entered earlier.
