Help Needed

Our company is using Outlook as a database. We were using Act previously. We would like to be able to have some of the same features with Outlook but aren't sure if it is possible. Is there a way to import our office letterhead so that when you go to write a letter to a customer it comes up instead of the generic one. Is it also possible to have a fax cover sheet template in Outlook?
