Help needed with Publisher!!! please!!

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I couldnt see a better place! I am building a website in microsoft publisher (I'm a novice but getting there!!!) and I have been told that to enable the form on my site to work, I will need to have micrsoft frontpage extensions added to my host (thinking of using streamline.net). The only form I will be using is a customer contact form so nothing too out of the ordinary!

Any advise on this would be appreciated as I dont really want to have to pay out for the extensions if I dont really need them!
