Use the FP Include Page component, if you are just starting the site or you have a small number of
page, like, less then 100 or use a top Shared Borders. See FP Help.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply. However, my web site will have more than 100
pages? Is there a better way to do creater standard header? How about
creating sub-folder? Thank you.

Cheers

Are just starting to create this web, as the total number of page doesn't matter as far as the
Include is concerned?

The FP Include Page Component must be insert into each page manually, that is why I said under 100
if you has already created the web site.

Same thing .. includes are just the ticket for menus....

see how they work on addonfp.com ... see the different menus on the left as
you move through the site? ... all includes .. with typed text links ...
(and full control) unlike with shared borders and navigation bots....

here is a link on how to use frontpage includes

Here's a step-by-step:

1. Make a page titled whatever you like such as linkbar.htm

2. On that page put all the links you need for your navigation
structure. You can always add more later.

3. Make a new page on your website like newpage.htm

4. If you want your links to show at the top of the page, then from
the menus do Insert / Compontent / Include Page and then browse to and
select your linkbar.htm

5. Then finish putting whatever other struff you want on newpage.htm

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for every page you add to your site.

Then any changes you make to linkbar.htm will automatically show up on
every page of your site. That's what Tom was talking about -- you have
to do the Include step for each page of your site where you want that
linkbar included.
