Hi,
I need help urgently: I made a backup of my .pst file
recently to a CD, which contains all the folders within
Outlook 2000. After making the backup, I removed the .pst
file from my hard disk.
However, after restoring the original .pst file from the
CD and trying to open it, I got these
messages: "Properties for this information service must
be defined prior to use." and "The file ,<Path> is not a
personal folders file."
I have tried to search in MS knowledge base and it says
that I have to have full access rights to the .pst file
after restoring it to my hard disk, which I already
checked and ensured that I do have the access rights. Can
anyone help me to resolve this problem urgently?
Thank you so much in advance for any assistance.
Warmest Regards,
Michael
