Uncle Vinnie
I've worked on this for days, googled, and still no luck....help, please!
Something has happened that every time I start up.. and it seems to be
happening during Windows (XP), Start Up, my default printer, connected to my
computer, is changed over to one of the network printers.
No matter what I do, set default thru control panel, or even trying a 3rd
party utility, during start up (with the printers window open!), I actually
see my default printer switched!
The only thing I can think of, that I have done recently, is open a
Microsoft Works document, which I have never used (in all these years!), so
I can convert it for my wife, to a Word Doc...
That's about it...
About a week earlier, I installed, and then minutes later, un-installed
Adobe Acrobat (I didn't care for it at all..)..
But, I am pretty sure that the printer changing did not happen after this
uninstall...
It happened about a week later, after opening the Works file, saving 'as',
etc...
?????
Thank you!
