I have this scenario:

3 DCs windows 2000 SP4

I need make some tests with a new server, but first I would like to make
this server a DC server, ie. like a copy of DC without interfer with
production servers. Can I run dcpromo then disconnect this new server and
made all testes without interfere with may windows 2000 domain network?

If I understand you right,

you'll be better of running a virtual mchine of the environment ou want
to create.

Don't ever do anything in production without the approprite approval.
