Help! need volunteer checklist template

I am the PTA president and need to find a template in Access that can
summerize all of the various fields parents hav signed up for at middle
school. Any suggestions?
 
There is a "membership" template that might get you started.

This sounds pretty specific, so you may simply need to build it from
scratch.

I've got a free database - actually it was designed as a church
membership database - which might be adaptable for this. It has tables
for Families (with address and phone info), Members - volunteers or
children in your case; and Activities. Each person can be linked to
any number of activities, and the database can produce mailing labels,
phone lists, etc. for all the volunteers for any particular activity.
