HELP!!!! My info is missing!!!!!

When I went into my form to add records, the records that had been there were
gone. I've tried adding records, but the form won't save what I enter.

I just tried it again, but I got the message 'You cannot add or change a
record because a related record is required in table 'tblcourse'.

Question 1: How can I get back the information that was in my form (100 or
so records)?
Question 2: What do I need to do to fix my table so the message goes away?

Are you sure the records are actually gone? Do you have the form set to
Data Entry mode, by any chance? If you do, old records won't be shown
on the form, but they're still there in the table. You can check the
form's Data Entry property on the Data tab of its property sheet when
the form is open in Design View.
