HELP !!! MY DVD DRIVE cant be seen on MY COMPUTER, after putting another cd drive,

i hav a dvd rom but cant access cd plate so i buy cd rom to make it two,now it only cd drive dat is showing,on my computer,even if i insert dvd on the DVD rom notin wil pop up again,unles d cd that is on d cd rom that will be accessible.Pls i need help
