Help! My computer shuts down with no reason!

Hi!
Iam having problemmes with my computer. After being
online for a little while the computer shuts down. I have
talked with my internet deliverer and they have told me
to get a protection programme from microsoft. They think
that i have got some kind of virus. But i don´t know
where and what kind of program i should get. do you know
what i am talking about? If you do can you please send me
a cd or something so that i can install the programme on
my computer. If not please find a way to help me!

Now i know exactly what u mean, because as u may have
guessed i am also suffering from the same problem. I
found it shuts down after about 10 mins. Has it recently
been shutting down as well when not connected to the
internet cos i may have a solution. p.s. What is your
internet service provider???

its a virus for sure; i am in the far east so for sure i
dont use your same network provider plus i use more than
one service provider and this continues to happen even
when i switch service providers
