HELP! MY ADDRESS BOK, EMAILS AND ALL FOLDERS JUST VANISHED

does anyone know what happened and how i can fix this.
all my folders, emails, addy book in my oe 6 just
vanished...they get get automatically archived or
something? running win 98se. 1400 mgh anthlon processor,
dsl connection. i desperately need them back...i can see
some on "find files" with dbx but why are they there and
how to i redo my address book and emails? thks alot cheryl
