HELP!!! Multiple copies of photos on computer..

I know this is probably not the right forum to be asking this, but didn't
know where else to go..I found the other day that there are multiple copies
(up to 7 or 8) of some of the photos stored on my computer.. Is there an easy
way to sort these? I've been deleting for several days when I get a chance,
but it is a tedious process the way I'm doing it.

This is a old free program that I used for exactly that. Still available at
some locations on the web. There may be newer-better programs now.
