HELP! MSN Application Hang

Hanging application msnmsgr.exe, version 6.0.0.602, hang
module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

This problem is when Sign in and appear the Email alert..

FYI
"messenger 6.0 install error 1603"
Solution : you have to repair Office XP then you can reinstall Messenger 6.x.
