HELP!! Migrating local account passwords

I have an FTP server running on NT 4.0 that was built
several years ago. Since both the hardware and OS is
obsolete, I've built a Windows 2000 server box on newer
hardware.

The challenge I have is that there are close to 30+ local
user accounts on the NT 4 machine that I need to migrate
onto the Win2k box. A lot of these accounts were set up
several years ago (I don't know the passwords) and the FTP
jobs are batch scripted which makes it important to
preserve the passwords to avoid migration headaches.

Please help!! Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
