If you start from scratch and need to learn a programming language, then
you should go get a good 1000 page book - not find a 3 page tutorial
on the internet.

i know a little a bout cods in c#;
but it is important for me to know how to make play with it; but not
as easy as snake play

It does not matter much what type of app you want to write.

You need to learn the basic C# language and .NET framework
stuff.
