HELP ME!!!

Hi everyone,
I have a computer, but im not a buff. When im on my comp, it will
automatically turn itself of at least once when im on it everyday. My mate
had this problem an he had to F disc his. When mine reboots, its says the
system has recovered from a fatal error. Could anyone tell me what the
problem is. If anyone can help please email me on (
(e-mail address removed) ) I would appreciate any help in this matter, as
ive heard it can actually do some real damage to my pc.

Hi Paul,
This error message can be the culprit of many causes like defective or badly
written softwares installed on your machine, or hardwares failures.
And also overheated System and bad Memory cards not seated in their slots.
Look in the Event viewer for Red crosses/pluses for any error messages may
lead us to what may cause this failure or the error to occure.
RUN the chkdsk on your system.
