Help me with Error:Forbidden

I need to download a patch and when ever I try to download it it gives me the
"Error:Forbidden" message. I tryed to download the patch at different
websites but they all give me the same message.

P.S. My computer is connected through a wireless card (if that changes
anything)
Please help me, im in desperate need.
