help me!!! where is my mail server gone?

i was with aapt webmail! its gone! it won't let me logon or see my mail!
but my mail is in outlook express, where has my default mail server gone?
have i been highjacked??
what do I do???
 
Are you running a web server on your desktop, or are you tryign to connecte
to the web server in a remote computer (email hosting etc)?

If it would be best if you better explain your problem.
