What are you talking about? It's not in the license agreement.

This is EXACTLY where it says that. See the text a couple of lines down?
It says you have to pay $100 per year. I saw it in black and white!!!!
 
I did read on eWeek or Microsoft-Watch.com that Microsoft is raising the
basic support fee from $35.00 to $59.00 - not because their support model
requires it to be profitable but because competitors charge that and the
market will bear it.

Are you paying consultant fees? No? Hmm...

Can only assume you've got a 64-bit CPU if you're asking this question. Next
question is: are there x64 drivers for ALL your hw? Time for some due
diligence, bud.
