HELP Me Retreive my Administrator Password

I changed my password, and now cant remember it. Can u
tell me how to retreive it??

You need to log in with the System Administrator account in Safe Mode. This
will allow you to go to User Accounts in Control Panel and remove the
password from that account.

To get to Safe Mode, reboot the computer and when the system first starts to
initialize, start tapping the F8 Key until you see a menu on a black screen.
Use the Arrow Keys to select Safe Mode and press the ENTER Key. When you see
the Administrator login, press ENTER again.
