It's an mp3 recorder that takes audio from your mic and encode it
directly to mp3, the program is very simple but the killer feature is
this; it automatically name the files by date and name, so that if you
make directories of months/years it'll automatically make files that
are named after date and time of recording.

I remember that it was made by a russian software house and was free.
